One of the most impressive parts of the job was that he had to drill through an expensive marble countertop to install the reverse osmosis systemand he handled it flawlessly. Had an emergency happen first night in our new home, called Steves in a panic and over the phone helped stop the problem from getting worse. Had a very positive experience with Steve's Waterworks Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! Came home to find a water leak in my basement at the main stack that needed urgent attention. Called after business hours on a Thursday night and someone was out Friday to assess the situation. The work was scheduled for Monday morning (it was deemed ok to make it through the weekend) and everything was sorted and fixed quickly. The plumber also helped address a few other small plumbing issues in the house that had been accumulating. Overall, I found them to be efficient, professional, courteous, and thorough. Again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will call on them again if needed!
